PayPal: Pay Later Hub

Designed a new international Global Pay Later Hub – a one-stop shop for everything Pay Later globally: the US, Australia & Europe.

PayPal: Pay In 4

Introduced prequalified spending amount to PayPal Pay in 4 customers based on their history with PayPal, payments and outstanding balance.

PayPal: Pay Monthly

A loan product I led from 0 to 1, enabling customers to break purchases into monthly payments with $0 down, making financing more accessible.

Amazon: Developer Console

Redesigned onboarding, registration, and verification flows, reducing fraud and streamlining account approvals for a smoother, more secure developer experience.

PayPal: Funnel Growth 

Led post-launch initiatives aimed at scaling and refining the Pay Monthly acquisition experience. Leveraged KPIs and user data to design optimizations and run targeted A/B tests. Implementations improved engagement & conversion.

Amazon: Fire TV Add-ons

Enhanced the Fire TV interface to deliver a more intuitive and engaging user experience for content discovery.

Spectrum: Self-Install

A complex internal B2B tool I helped design to empower Spectrum agents to guide residential customers through equipment self-installation process with ease.
